In this session, we discussed a variety of strategies to successfully launch a new coaching program, especially without having a large following or testimonials. We explored different launch strategies, including creating pre-launch teasers such as ‘behind the scenes’ posts and videos, and using live events such as master classes or bootcamps to generate interest and attract participants.

Specifically, it was suggested to leverage personal networks by inviting contacts to a free master class, and subsequently incorporating social media strategies, both organic and potentially paid advertisements, to increase reach. The emphasis was on building excitement and providing value that resonates with potential clients, alongside practical steps for encouraging sign-ups and engagement.

We also tackled administrative aspects of managing group dynamics in a paid community, recognizing the need to stay active and contribute value to generate leads effectively—highlighting successful strategies for engaging with posts and community members to maximize visibility and attract leads.

Moreover, we explored the pricing strategy for the coaching program, stressing the importance of aligning prices with the value provided and market standards. It was recommended to adjust initial low price considerations to reflect the comprehensive and intensive nature of the program, along with ensuring the pricing structure accommodates the detailed, supportive coaching offered.

For assigned homework, watching an upcoming training module on becoming a category leader was recommended to further refine strategic positioning and marketing efforts.

This session provided robust insights and actionable strategies to effectively launch and manage a new coaching program, with a focus on strategic value delivery, effective marketing, and appropriate pricing.
