In this session, we discussed the importance of embracing teamwork and connection within business groups. It was noted that, despite achieving two sales, there’s a realization of the need to engage more actively within groups to enhance the presence and support system.
We explored how resetting and starting from “the ground up” can feel liberating and is deemed necessary to build a solid foundation in a large group setting. This fresh start is seen as an opportunity to reintroduce oneself and establish a new perspective in a business group of about 2,000 women.
A significant insight from this session was the realization of the importance of constantly revisiting one’s vision board, especially when it’s not in direct sight due to life’s interruptions, such as home renovations which caused the board to be hidden away. Re-engaging with the vision board catalyzed new clarity and direction.
A notable mention was the discussion around financial independence using real estate investments, leveraging personal property as a substantial source of income which had not been fully acknowledged before. This ties into broadening the understanding of income streams, which plays into financial planning and long-term goals.
Homework for the next session includes:
1. Continued active participation and visibility in business groups.
2. Reorganize and possibly redesign the vision board to make it more visible and inspiring.
3. Recognizing and documenting all potential and actual income streams to acknowledge all efforts and outcomes.
4. Start planning and preparing for a potential forum or master class to solidify expertise and authority in the chosen field.
This session highlighted the power of accountability, clarity in one’s business strategy and personal goals, and the importance of community and support systems in entrepreneurial success.
